Dr. B.O. Awuzie is an Associate Professor with the Centre for Sustainable Smart Cities 4.0 at the Central University of Technology (CUT), Free State, South Africa. He holds a BSc degree in Real Estate Management from Imo State University, Owerri, Nigeria; an MSc degree in Construction Project Management from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland; and a PhD in the Built Environment from the University of Salford; both of which are situated in the United Kingdom. His research interests span the realm of smart, sustainable, and circular built environments. He is widely published within this domain. He has also been engaged in the supervision of several successfully completed postgraduate supervisions at Masters and Doctoral degree levels, most of which focused on studies spanning the aforementioned research interests.
